Suffolk Libraries commissioned us to design and build a mobile 'treasure box' to be used for touring exhibitions in their libraries throughout the county.
The units consist of a double-sided tall folding display cabinet, a low-level display cabinet and two display tables with de-mountable trestle legs. The taller unit is fitted with a slotted back-board that allows the insertion of various fittings that can display objects and images in different ways. All of the fittings are made from plywood cut on a CNC machine, and custom display fittings can easily be designed and fabricated to suit the particular display requirements as the exhibitions change.
